Brad Culver

Brad was born and raised in northern Indiana. His father, a duck farmer, had been a scuba instructor in an earlier life with a love for photography. Some of Brad's earliest and most cherished memories are pouring over his dad's photographs of the great blue sea from around the world.

Brad went on to study Telecommunications at Indiana University, where he worked for PBS and IU Radio & TV Services then moved to Chicago to intern for WGN in the sports department.

After Chicago, Brad ventured to Cincinnati, forming his own freelance marketing company and was fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, and learned the value of listening to someone’s vision and then molding it into a reality. These lessons were invaluable once Brad became a Realtor for Keller Williams in Nashville where he specialized as a buyer’s agent, helping 19 families find their homes over 12 months.

Although Brad enjoyed this work, he knew something in his life was missing and the fates connected him with Tree Frog Photography. Here, Brad can combine his media experience and his knowledge of working with home buyers to help those in the real estate industry supply top-tier marketing supplies, ultimately allowing them to better serve their clients.

Lara Janzen

Why would you want Lara to take pictures of your home? If you want someone who loves taking photos and has a deep understanding and appreciation of houses, then Lara Janzen is your go-to person.

Lara has been taking pictures since childhood and has been taking photos of her and her family’s events, achievements and travels.  She has pursued her love of photography by taking a variety of photography courses. The latest highlight was joining Gary Randall in central Oregon for a Solar Eclipse photography camp in August of 2017.  She has since collaborated with other photographers on various outings to help improve her craft.

She also grew up in the construction industry which allowed her to help design her own house and then act as co-contractor, framer, cabinet maker, trim carpenter, tiler and an electrician in a pinch. She has an appreciation for detail and an excellent understanding of how the home is constructed and the functions it serves an individual or family.

Lara is now focusing on real estate photography and plans to use her love of art, photography and home construction to help you show off your home to the world, and to put her boys through college.
